Your account and help

This page is not about the game itself but about your account. How is your login protected, what are gems and VIP for, what are the rules, and who do you write to when something goes wrong? It is all here.

Your account

An email address and a password are enough to open an account. You must verify your email; the game cannot be entered with an unverified account.

You must be over 13 to play. Your date of birth is asked only to enforce that limit and is never shown to anyone.

Where you play does not matter: the same account is the same in a browser, on Android and on iPhone. But the same account can only play in one place at a time. If you log in from a new place, the old one closes itself and tells you so. This stops account sharing — or someone entering your account — happening quietly.

Security

The Security page in the side menu shows the state of your account.

About the game's cheat protection there is only one thing you need to know: every important decision is made on the game's own side, not on your device. Your earnings, your war results, your upgrade chances — none of them trust information coming from your phone. This is why a modified app cannot gain an advantage.

What gems are for

Gems are the game's second currency. There are ways to earn them: weekly campaigns give gems, and so do some quests and events. They can also be bought in the store.

The job of gems is one word: time.

There is a line here and it was drawn deliberately: gems do not open a closed door. With gems you cannot reach anything a gem-less player cannot reach. With gems you cannot buy permanent power against anyone. The only things for sale are waiting and comfort.

Where waiting is sold the rule is the same: the price follows the remaining time, so waiting always makes it cheaper. And you lose nothing while you wait — a facility being upgraded keeps working at its old level throughout. Delay yes, penalty no.

What VIP is

VIP is a timed membership with two tiers: VIP and VIP+. All of VIP is made of discounts and convenience:

Nothing VIP can do is something a non-VIP player cannot do. You reach the same result without VIP; you just wait a bit longer or pay a bit more. This rule is deliberate and will not be broken.

Chat rules

The rules are short: no swearing, no insults, no harassment. This applies in chat, and equally in names and party texts.

How it is enforced:

You can block a player who bothers you: you will not see their messages and they cannot write to you. This is entirely your own decision, made without asking anyone.

If a rule has been broken you can report it. Reports do not go to an automated system; they land in front of a human being.

Help

If you have run into a problem or found a bug you can write to us directly.

This is not a one-way form but a conversation: you open a ticket, we write back, you read it in the app and carry on. When reporting a bug the game attaches your version itself, so you do not have to work out "which version was it".

Notifications

The game can send you notifications: when your streak is about to break, when a war's state changes, when your support ticket gets a reply.

You can turn notifications off. When you do, your device's notification id is deleted. Having notifications off restricts the game in no way — you simply do not get reminders.

Deleting your account

If you want to delete your account you can do it from inside the game; you do not need anyone's permission. You can also start the same process from the website.

Deletion is a real deletion: your character, your items and your purchase records go. Only message and login records are kept in a closed archive — which not even an administrator can see — for a short period to investigate abuse, and then deleted automatically.

If you want to read which data we collect and why, the Privacy Policy lists all of it one by one. We show no advertising and we sell your data to nobody.
